I've recently bought a skirt and blouse H & M, but I want it back. However, I think I threw the receipt. The tags are still attached to clothes and I bought a credit card. Can I return to the store and showing the credit card and tags?

It depends on your business policy, not issued a refund or credit, or recreation.
Must be able to move your fingers and see the original card purchase.
